I bought the domain leomartin.ch in 2022 with the goal of creating a personal website. Three years later and I finally have a semi working website with content that is not littered with lorem ipsums. There have been three distinct website styles I designed over the years. The reason why I changed the designs this much is because I did not like them. The current style is not perfect but I finally feel more satisfied by it.

Static Site Generator
A year ago I learned about hugo when I thought of writing a small python script to automate .
That’s where I heard about hugo which is a static site generator. You can create your own theme, add functions and partials (small html assets like a navbar) and hugo creates a website .
